Updates had been due to take some sector user interface improvements, including Project Butter that improve operating system performance for 60fps, increased stability and will provide access to Google Now.
As for the update itself, it apparently brings not only Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, but HTC Sense 4+ as well which is the company’s user interface that comes over the top of Android. In addition to the new UI, the update will bring all that is Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
The HTC itself does not publish a specific region schedule that will receive updates. However, based on the news reported by Android Central reported that the owners of HTC One X by CID of htc_044 should have received the update Over The Air.
