Google Delays Launch of New Devices due to hurricane

Google is scheduled to announce some new devices on Monday (29/10) tomorrow, in New York City. Although Google did not announce the specific purpose of the event, other than calling it an 'Android event', it was generally assumed that the company was going to announce LG Nexus 4, Google Nexus tablet 7 with 32GB and 3G, as well as the Google Nexus 10.

But, based on the latest news, the event was postponed, due to the Hurricane Sandy. The delay was to avoid things that are not desirable, which may occur due to the hurricane.

The delay this event is not the first case, last year the search engine giant was also delayed the launch of the new Android OS to honor the death of Apple founder, Steve Jobs.
